Princess Cha Cha Hits the Road

Walking down the road today, holding my milk and purse close by,
I found a nice neighbor who had presents for me.

That's right -- princess dresses! I'm now a true princess,
 with a tiara and everything.
(Dad says he's going to get me an astronaut dress too, just to balance out)

Talking and Laughing Jane

After I went to bed last night Jane got to stay up and play with daddy - no fair!  Jane gets to do all the fun stuff.

Jane likes bacon

I have decided that if I like bacon then my baby sister must like bacon too. So I tried to share some with her this morning. Crazy thing is, she didn't eat any of it!?!? Daddy says it is because she doesn't have teeth, maybe I'll try to share again when she has some.

Self Portrait

This weekend I decided that when I grow up, I want to be a photographer! I have been taking lots of pictures with mommy' camera and here are two self portaits that I liked. We were in the car which is why I appear to be strapped in.

Jane's happy place?

I had to tell mommy and daddy many times that I am not a big fan of my swing. Finally they figured out that I prefer play time here. I found I like toys that I can grab on to and try to eat.

Sisters

I like being a big sister and Jane likes being my little sister. I like to crawl into her crib and play with her...okay, really I'm in there so I can suck on her pacifiers but don't tell mommy that, she says I only can have pacifiers at night.

When I grow up...

I am not sure what I want to be when I grow up so I'm trying out a few different options. Here I am trying out being a princess. This is a pretty good gig if you ask me - I tell people what to do and they do it, I tell people what I want and I get it. Not a bad thing!

But on the other hand, being a cowgirl could be fun too. Here I am practicing riding a horse. I'm getting pretty good at it and one day daddy says that he will let me ride a horse on a real farm and I can ride the horse anywhere I want to go, not just in circles.

What I don't want to be when I grow up

I do not want to be a vet when I grow up. I like looking at animals from a distance and the occasional dog or cat isn't bad but here I am in the middle of a petting zoo and mommy and I are being eaten by this baby goat here. He kept biting mommy and trying to eat her jeans. I didn't like and I don't think I'd want to be around them every day.

Maybe I need to look into doing something that involves a tractor...I look pretty good on a John Deere.

I'm as strong as my sister

Look at me...I'm already holding onto toys and I like that it looks like a phone!

School Friends

Janie started going to school with me this week. As you can see, I'm very excited about this. Her classroom is right acorss the hall from me so I like to stop in there during the day to check in on her. And if any of the kids in her class try to start trouble I'm close enough that I can protect her.

First day of school

Here is Jane getting ready to go to school for the first time. It was a cold morning so mommy bundled her up.

Let's get physical!

Baby Jane has a lot of really cute clothes but her newest cute thing are these things my dad calls leggings. Baby Jane seems to like them as they keep her legs nice and toasty warm. I like them since I can steal them and wear them like gloves.

When I grow up...

I want to be a chef! So you saw in an earlier post that I like to make pancakes and now I'm expanding my cooking skills. My aunt Lisa gave me this great apron, hat and oven mit. If I had known being a chef meant wearing such a cute outfit, I would have started cooking seriously years ago.
