Welcome to Malaysia

I think it is so cool that my Mom is in Malaysia, on the other side of the world, and she is STILL sending pictures for us to see. She found very nice people with a hand stuck to their chests, the most rainbow colored dog I've ever seen, and a glorious Buddha made out of REAL GOLD. But next time she goes, we are going with her. It looks like too much fun for just my Mommy!

Hugging Or?

Fun with Strangling! We're in Houston enjoying fun in the park and Charlotte decided to take this horse for a ride. Well, *I* wanted this horse, and so *I* jumped on the back and started to get my sister's attention. She looks pretty happy to have me there. Am I hugging or strangling? You decide.

I don't like splash parks, I don't like splash parks

I know it's 100 degrees and the whole world is hot. And I know that I'm at Sea World and I'm supposed to be having fun. But I'm surrounded by huge Muppets spraying water and a gazillion kids knocking me over. I don't like splash parks. And what is this googly-eyed monster on my head that's attracting kids in strollers to invade my personal space?

Jane's New Room

To give Janie more light and a much bigger closet we painted the office and converted it to Jane's new room.

She loves her new room and is already playing and making messes with her sister.

Hotels, The Alamo, and Sea World

In San Antonio as we wandered around town, the girls found this little courtyard and had a good time playing on the bench.

Janie's pouty face.

Charlotte is checking her reflection out here...

We all enjoyed the Alamo - it was a good spot for the girls to get out and explore.

And there is nothing like making funny face.

I don't know what the girls thought the cannons were, I just hope Janie wasn't thinking "if only this was armed???"

peek a boo!

the girls needed a quick rest.

At Sea World, Janie wanted nothing to do with the water.  She got got wet for a second and was done.

Instead of playing in the water, Janie got her face painted and when both were done, they enjoyed a snack.

San Antonio

This may have been one of the top three moments of our weekend in San Antonio for the girls. The bellman at the hotel let the girls ride on the cart up to the room.

At the Car Wash

A few weeks back it was a warm day and the cars were dirty so we put swimsuits on the girls and put them to work! They had a great time washing the cars...

but I think Brian did most of the work. :-)

I'm a pink lion...at the Family Music Festival!

So hot...and so fun!

This weekend was super, super busy. And it ended with one of the best presents ever. My Mommy and Daddy took hours, in the super-hot day, to put this together for us.

Daddy says he'd love to do the marketing for this company because "the assembly was idiot-proof" and it only took a couple of hours.

Sister and I are going to have lots of fun on it -- wanna come over and play?

E-I-E-I-Oh so much Fun

The girls got to see the Biscuit Brothers in concert this weekend at the Georgetown Red Poppy Festival. They had a great time dancing and singing to the music. Charlotte even got to go back stage and talk to the brothers after the show...granted it was just an open festival and anyone could have gone backstage but she thought it was pretty cool.

Charlotte the photographer

There is nothing more tempting to our 4 year old than a camera sitting around. Something about it just calls to Cha Cha to pick it up and start shooting photos. Often times the photos are of the floor, the tv, her feet, of whatever she happens to click on, but every now and then she gets some good pictures. Here are some of my recent favorites she has done.
