Where's Cha Cha?

Maybe I still have some growing to do before I go pro.

When I grow up...

I want to be a chef! So you saw in an earlier post that I like to make pancakes and now I'm expanding my cooking skills. My aunt Lisa gave me this great apron, hat and oven mit. If I had known being a chef meant wearing such a cute outfit, I would have started cooking seriously years ago.

Let's fly a kite

For Christmas daddy bought me a kite and yesterday it was windy enough for us to go into the backyard and fly it. I had a great time chasing daddy as he got it up in the air. Here I am helping getting the flight going.

Feed the birds

I like doing my part for the animals so this weekend I helped daddy feed the birds. He did a better job of getting the bird seed into the bird feeder but I think I did a better job at having fun. Here I am feeding my shoes. Hey, shoes needs love and attention too!

My Daddy was giving me lip the other day, and you can see just what I thought about it! And peace out to my peeps!

Is Cha Cha Amelia a blood-sucker?

Jane here: This photo makes me a little nervous. Look at Cha Cha's teeth -- it is possible? Is she a blood-sucking vampire? It would explain why I'm so sleepy all the time. Just think -- my sister can turn into a bat!

Two Minutes Later

My Daddy says it's easy to make Jane happy. I laugh at him, because when Jane is screaming at midnight he can't seem to make her happy. But I can -- just a little finger tickle and she laughs.

(Note to Whitakers: I am playing "Forehead bender, eye winker" with Baby Jane. She likes it just as much as I do!)

I Guess that's why they call it...the Blues.

Happy Heart Day

I know today isn't Valentine's Day but I'm all dressed up in my new shirt covered in hearts for a party at my school today. There will be candy and cupcakes and mommy says I'm going to get lots of cards! I can't wait for this afternoon!!

Terrible Twos?

Mommy and daddy keep talking about the terrible twos. Clearly they are talking about my baby sister since she is now two months old. It couldn't possibly be me they are talking about...I'm waaaaay too good and adorable to ever go through something called terrible twos.

Mommy took baby Jane to the doctor a few days ago for her two month check up and she is getting so big. She is now 11 pounds 7 ounces and is 23 inches long. That is just a bit bigger than I was when I was two months old.

Terrible or not, I think my baby sister is pretty darn cute.

I'm strong!

I am so strong that I help mom and dad carry baby Jane around. Here I am just before I picked up the car seat as we were heading out to the zoo.

Janie sleeps

My baby sister sure sleeps a lot when I'm awake. This was taken a few weeks ago but it is such a cute picture of her I told mom that we had to post it.

It is 5 am, let's have pancakes!

Last week I woke up and was very hungry. So I screamed in my room to get mommy and daddy up. Once we were all up, I made pancakes for everyone. I even put on my new polka dot apron mommy bought me. I make yummy pancakes!
