There's no telling how long Whitakers have been playing Superbaby with babies. The game consists of lifting the child into the air and saying, in a drawn out way, "Soooooper Baby!". With older babies there might be some wooshing noises or moves from side to side. Babies seem to absolutely love it and here we see Brian's Dad and Charlotte playing the game.
